Just a short ride from the metro and major transport hubs, and 45 minutes by Uber from the airport, it’s the ideal spot for digital nomads to experience the city while staying productive.
From the airport, it’s just a $25 USD Uber ride. To make pickup smoother, be sure to head upstairs to the departures area when your Uber arrives. We offer 24/7 check-in, just let us know in advance so we can be ready for your arrival!
There is a laundry place right around the corner from Co404 and it will cost you $30,000 cop (6USD) for 4 kilos to get your clothes washed, dried and pressed. It usually takes 1-2 days before your clothes are ready for pick up.
The local markets are around a 10-minute walk in either direction, where you can find fresh organic fruits and vegetables, as well as full and pretty much anything you need. These markets are definitely worth a visit, even if you’re not doing your grocery shopping there.
There are also multiple big supermarkets within walking distance, and larger stores that are just a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, our neighbor has a small convenience store for all your basic essentials.

There is a ATM less than 1 block away. Many of the larger Colombian banks are only a 10 min walk away. Bancolombia for the lowest fees.
Medellín is known as the “City of Eternal Spring” for its mild, year-round climate. Expect pleasant temperatures averaging 22°C (72°F) during the day and cooler evenings. It’s generally sunny with occasional rain, especially in the afternoon, making it a comfortable destination all year long.

Co404 Medellin has a co-working area, a big communal kitchen with free tea and coffee all day and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city. You can work from any of the area’s and the internet coverage is very good. The coworking is equipped with plugs in all tables and 7 private meeting booths with a built in light and fan.

In addition to these regular events, we also organize spontaneous activities throughout the year to keep things lively and fun for you guys!
