💔 Sick of Us Already? Wanna Break Up?
Here’s our Cancellation Policy (we’ll try not to take it personally):

More than 4 weeks before arrival:
You’ll get 100% of your 20% deposit back. We part as friends.

Between 2–4 weeks before arrival:
The deposit becomes non-refundable—we were already getting excited 😢

Within 2 weeks of arrival OR early departure / no-show / cancel after check-in:
We’ll have to keep 50% of the total booking.

Changed your mind halfway?
If you shorten your stay after booking, 50% of the canceled nights will be charged.

The local markets are around a 10 minute walk in either direction. You can get fresh fruits and veggies, full cheap local meals, 1 liter juices or smoothies, souvenirs and basically anything you need there. They are definitely worth a visit, even if you don’t go grocery shopping there.

You can find a local supermarket just a 5 minute walk away and big supermarkets like Wallmart or Chedraui are only a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride away.

There is a ATM less than 1 block away. Many of the larger Mexican banks are only a 10 min walk away. Use Santander or Banorte for the lowest fees.

Overnight stays? Only registered guests are allowed to sleep over. No sneaky sleepovers, please!

Daytime visitors are welcome with prior approval from Co404 staff. Just give us a heads-up.

Extra charges may apply if someone stays overnight without being registered.

Coworking is for Co404 guests only. Visitors can come hang out socially, but no work vibes unless they’re staying with us.

At Co404, we do everything we can to create a safe and respectful environment—but we’re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay.

We strongly recommend that you:

Use the lockers or safes provided in your room or at reception

Avoid leaving valuables unattended in shared spaces

Lock your bike, secure your tech, and take the usual precautions you'd use anywhere else

This applies to all areas of the property, including private rooms, dorms, coworking spaces, and common areas.

💸 10. Payment Terms – Let’s Keep It Simple
Full payment is due at check-in. We like to get the formalities out of the way so you can focus on enjoying your stay.

We only accept cash or direct bank transfer. Sorry—no card payments at this time.

A minimum 20% deposit is always required to secure your booking. Until then, your spot isn’t guaranteed.

For long-term stays, a security deposit may be requested depending on the duration and room type.

If you choose to pay by transfer, all fees are the responsibility of the sender (you, the guest). Please make sure the full amount arrives on our end.
