Gifted stay collaborations

We regularly host a small number of creators in our coliving spaces in Mexico and Colombia in exchange for thoughtful, high-quality content that captures the spirit of life at Co404.

If you create travel, lifestyle, or digital nomad content through video, photography, writing, or long-form storytelling, we'd love to hear from you. In exchange for a gifted stay, we may request a selection of agreed deliverables, such as:

• –Short-form video content or Reels
• –A curated set of photos and videos for Co404's marketing use
• –Blog posts, newsletter features, or YouTube videos
• –Story mentions or collaborative posts

During your stay, you'll have full access to our coworking space, weekly events, and our international community. Everything you need to create content in a space designed to inspire, not perform.

Program 2

Co404 affiliate program

If you've stayed with us before, or plan to in the future, our affiliate program lets you earn recurring income by recommending a coliving experience you genuinely believe in. Here's how it works:

• –You receive a personalised affiliate code
• –Your audience gets 5% off their Co404 booking
• –You earn 5% commission on every booking made using your code
• –Many guests stay for a month or longer, so commissions can add up
• –Performance reports are shared monthly, with payouts made monthly or quarterly

It's a low-effort, long-term way to monetise content you've already created or plan to create, while supporting a community-driven coliving brand.

Program 3

Co404 creators' retreat

We're currently developing a special creators retreat for those who want to experience Co404 in a more immersive way. The retreat will include a gifted stay of approximately one week, full access to our coliving and coworking spaces, and a curated programme of activities designed to spark creativity and connection.

This experience is designed to help you:

• –Connect with other creators in a community-led environment
• –Experience the Co404 coliving lifestyle first-hand
• –Explore the local culture through organised outings
• –Create meaningful content in spaces built for storytelling

Program 4

Content volunteer position

As a Content Volunteer, you'll help create Reels and carousel posts for Co404's social media channels, following our brand guidelines and collaborating with our social media team. While we'll often provide direction and content ideas, we're always happy to see your own creative concepts as well. In exchange for your contribution, you'll receive a complimentary stay in one of our shared rooms at our coliving locations in Mexico or Colombia.

This experience will allow you to:

• –Exchange your content creation skills for accommodation
• –Build a stronger portfolio of travel and lifestyle content
• –Collaborate with a brand and potentially reach our audience of 10k+ digital nomads
• –Experience the Co404 community and lifestyle first-hand

We're ideally looking for creators who can stay longer term, so we can build a strong collaboration and you have the time to really understand our brand and community.
