Co404 is located in Laureles — voted the best neighbourhood in the world for digital nomads by Timeout. Calm and leafy green, with everything you need close by: quiet coffee shops, pumping nightlife on La 70, or the famous "meat salon" (just trust us on this one). Centro Histórico, Comuna 13 and El Poblado are all just a quick Uber moto or metro away. If you need a break from the city, a cable car up to Parque Arví's cloud forest awaits.
Fast WiFi and a quiet call booth are the bare minimum. Remote work gets lonely fast. So for us, good coworking spaces are about who's sitting next to you. People to focus with by day, and make plans with in the evenings. Hammock breaks and shared lunches, strongly encouraged.
Decision fatigue is one of the hardest parts about being a solo digital nomad. We know Medellín like the back of our hands and organise daily activities to show you the best of its culture, history and dance scene. All you have to do is show up and join us.
Every Wednesday, we gather round our over-sized dining table for family dinner. Our volunteers come from all over the world, so you can expect to try the foods their mamas taught them how to cook.
There are classes and socials all over the city, seven nights per week, and there'll always be a group of us heading out together. Whether it's your first time or you're a verified addict, everyone is welcome.
Antioquia is often called "the fruit bowl of Colombia", with dozens of incredible fruits you've probably never heard of before like lulo, guanábana, and gulupa. We head to the market and bring back all the goodies for you to try.
Colombian coffee is known around the world and there are dozens of excellent coffee roasters walking distance from us. Come share a table with us and try a cold brew naranja.
Medellín is shaped a bit like a bowl, meaning there are dozens of excellent viewpoints where you can watch the sun settle over its sides. We'll head up together and grab an aguardiente to toast the end of the day.
We offer free yoga classes on the roof several times per week. Get ready for the workday or unwind with us in the evenings.

We stayed only one week to catch up on work, we had a great time! Our room with private bathroom was comfortable and the community kitchen on the rooftop was a great place to hang out and socialize. The people at Co404 are warm and welcoming, making it really easy to feel relaxed and make new friends. Several times we were checked in on, to make sure we were finding our way and had everything we needed. I would happily recommend!
I love this place! I was supposed to stay 1 month, ended up staying 2 and a half. The coliving has a great social atmosphere and it's so easy to make connections there! They have activities every day and people are always keen to join. The volunteers are awesome and they always have one available throughout the day for chit chats or whatever you need. I can't wait to come back
This place stole my heart… they call themselves a family for a reason! If you travel alone, you will never be alone here. Everywhere I've stayed before, I always had the urge to leave the coliving/hostel because I didn't feel comfortable… but here, I could stay 24/7. It has everything, and the vibe is just amazing. It's also in a safe neighborhood and super aesthetic. But I have to warn you…if you stay for a month, you will probably extend. A place everyone should experience at least once
As a digital nomad who has stayed in colivings around the world, I can easily say that co404 is hands down one of the best. The rooms are clean and cozy, the Wi-Fi is super reliable, and the coworking space is beautiful — complete with plenty of call booths for meetings. What really makes co404 special is the community. The amazing manager, Leo, and the lovely volunteers create a welcoming environment and organize activities throughout the week that make it easy to connect with others.
Co404 is perfect if you're new to Medellín and are looking for community. It's in a good location which is safe and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. It's a great place to meet new people and I particularly enjoy that the crowd is a little older (late 20s / early - mid 30s). They also do a lot of fun activities during the week especially Wednesday family dinner. Leo the manager is super fun and helpful as are all the volunteers. This has been one of the highlights of my travel.
Co404 is THE reason I fell in love with Medellín. My room was adorable, the bathrooms were great, I didn't mind sharing at all. The kitchen is huge and the coworking space is beautiful. The people it attracts are amazing, and Leo, the manager is the best! You can tell they care deeply about making sure everyone is happy. Truly a special place. You really become a family by the end of your stay.
My stay at CO404 was awesome! It sits somewhere between a hostel and a coliving space, which I really liked. You get the social energy and community without it feeling chaotic, and it's still easy to focus and get work done. The activities are genuinely fun, and the Wednesday family dinners were a real highlight.
Co404 feels like a family. Some people stay for six months, for one month, or for 1–2 weeks, and it creates an amazing sense of both stability and newness... The co-working space is quiet and has more phone booths than a WeWork! I love cooking in the open air kitchen!
When I booked my stay at co404, I did not expect that I would have such a hard time to actually leave this place… Three months later I am only leaving because my visa is expiring. Between sunset chats at one of the many viewpoints in the city, food tastings, yoga classes or family trips to Spider Bush I found exactly what I had been looking for during my 1.5 years of travel, a home.

From the airport, it's just a $25 USD Uber ride. To make pickup smoother, be sure to head upstairs to the departures area when your Uber arrives. We offer 24/7 check-in, just let us know in advance so we can be ready for your arrival!
There is a lavandería right around the corner from Co404 and it will cost you $30,000 COP ($6 USD) for 4 kilos to get your clothes washed and dried. Your clothes will usually be ready within 1–2 days. We also have a contact who can pick up your laundry on selected days and deliver it back to you, washed and dried — just ask one of our volunteers about it.
The local markets are a 10-minute walk in either direction, where you can find fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and any other staples you need. These markets are definitely worth a visit, even if you're not doing your grocery shopping there. In terms of conventional supermarkets, D1 is a cheap local that's only a 5 minute walk away, or Carulla Express is 10 minutes away if you want a few delicacies. Additionally, our neighbour has a small convenience store for all your basic essentials.
There is an ATM less than 1 block away. Many of the larger Colombian banks are only a 10 min walk away. Bancolombia for the lowest fees.
Medellín is known as the "City of Eternal Spring" for its mild, year-round climate. Expect pleasant temperatures averaging 22°C (72°F) during the day and cooler evenings. It's generally sunny with occasional rain some afternoons, making it a comfortable destination all year round.
