How do I get to your place?
From the airport, it’s just a $25 USD Uber ride. To make pickup smoother, be sure to head upstairs to the departures area when your Uber arrives. We offer 24/7 check-in, just let us know in advance so we can be ready for your arrival!
Is there a laundry place nearby?
There is a laundry place right around the corner from Co404 and it will cost you $30,000 cop (6USD) for 4 kilos to get your clothes washed, dried and pressed. It usually takes 1-2 days before your clothes are ready for pick up.
Where can I get groceries?
The local markets are around a 10-minute walk in either direction, where you can find fresh organic fruits and vegetables, as well as full and pretty much anything you need. These markets are definitely worth a visit, even if you’re not doing your grocery shopping there.
There are also multiple big supermarkets within walking distance, and larger stores that are just a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, our neighbor has a small convenience store for all your basic essentials.

Is there an ATM close by?
There is a ATM less than 1 block away. Many of the larger Colombian banks are only a 10 min walk away. Bancolombia for the lowest fees.
What is the weather like in Medellín?
Medellín is known as the “City of Eternal Spring” for its mild, year-round climate. Expect pleasant temperatures averaging 22°C (72°F) during the day and cooler evenings. It’s generally sunny with occasional rain, especially in the afternoon, making it a comfortable destination all year long.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the guest cancels more than four weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the 20% deposit will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels within four to two weeks before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the guest cancels within the two weeks and arrival date, or arrives and decides to leave earlier than scheduled, in the case of a no-show or cancels the booking after the arrival date, 50% of the booking is non-refundable. If the original booking is modified and shortened, 50% of the canceled days will be charged.

Our Wednesday Family Dinner is the highlight of the week! Every Wednesday, we come together to enjoy a meal—sometimes our team cooks, and other times, guests share dishes from their own cultures, with our help. It’s a wonderful way to bond, share flavors, and celebrate our diverse community.
