how does it work?
1. Pick your package and pay the one-time deposit.
2. Message us at co404coliving@gmail.com or WhatsApp +52 967 194 2006 with your dates & location.
3. Book at your own pace—you don’t need to send all three stays at once. Reserve each leg whenever you’re ready (even last-minute, subject to availability).

- Can I split the 3 months between locations?
Yes! You can stay in 1, 2, or all 3 of our locations (Oaxaca, San Cristóbal, Medellín). Just note: each stay must be at least 1 month long. - Do the 3 months have to be back-to-back?
Nope. You can use your 3 months whenever it suits you — as long as you finish your full stay by December 31st, 2025. - Can I book with a friend or partner?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your bestie or your boo, we’ve got room for you both. - What if I need to change my dates?
We get it — life happens. You get one free date change, as long as you give us 14 days' notice. - What if I need to cancel?
Your deposit is non-refundable, but don’t worry — it’s valid as credit for a future stay. - Can I pay in cash?
Yes! In Mexico, we even offer a 16% discount for cash payments.
1. Eligibility & Booking Deadline
Only available to those committing in advance to 3 total months of stay at Co404 through the SlowMadding package.
You may choose to stay in 1, 2 or all 3 Co404 locations (Oaxaca, San Cristóbal, Medellín).
You do not have to stay 3 months consecutively -- you're free to split up your time as long as:
Each location you choose is booked for a minimum of 1 full month
All 3 months of your stay are completed by December 31st, 2025
To access SlowMadding rates, bookings must be made between July 15th and August 15th, 2025. Outside of these dates, standard pricing applies.
2. Pricing & Surcharges
The packages are fixed, but additional seasonal surcharges may apply for popular events or peak periods, such as:
Day of the Dead in Oaxaca (October–November) – only dorms available during this time
Prices vary slightly depending on availability and demand.
3. Payment & Deposits
To confirm your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required:
Economy: $250 USD
Economy Plus: $350 USD
Business Class: $450 USD
First Class: $800 USD
The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as agreed.
Deposits are credited to your final month of stay.
Exchange rates used: 1 USD = 18.7 MXN (Mexico) and 1 USD = 4000 COP (Colombia).
Only one discount may be applied per booking. A 16% discount is available for cash payments in Mexico.
4. Cancellations & Changes
If you cancel your trip, your deposit becomes a credit you can use to book future stays at any Co404 location (at standard rates).
One free date change is allowed, if requested at least 14 days in advance, and subject to room availability.
5. Room & City Availability
Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Private rooms may sell out early—especially during high seasons and holiday periods.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred room and travel dates.
6. Community Expectations
All SlowMadding guests are expected to follow Co404’s community guidelines, which prioritize respect, collaboration, and contribution.
We reserve the right to revoke stays without refund if a guest repeatedly breaks our community standards.
7. Changes by Co404
In rare cases, Co404 may adjust your room, perks, or city assignment due to operational needs or unforeseen events.
If changes occur, we will offer an equal or better alternative.
Only available to those committing in advance to 3 total months of stay at Co404 through the SlowMadding package.
