Sick of us already? Here's how it works — we'll try not to take it personally.

More than 4 weeks before arrival

You'll get 100% of your 20% deposit back. We part as friends.

Between 2–4 weeks before arrival

The deposit becomes non-refundable — we were already getting excited.

Within 2 weeks of arrival, early departure, no-show, or cancel after check-in

We'll have to keep 50% of the total booking.

Changed your mind halfway?

If you shorten your stay after booking, 50% of the canceled nights will be charged.
